Order availability
We will ship products that are in stock within 2 days of receiving your order. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order. If you wish to cancel the order you may do so. We will take appropriate steps to reimburse any payment you have made in respect of the product.

Returns
If you wish to return an unused* product purchased from us, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include the order number to enable us to trace the order. We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case we will also refund the delivery costs.

Unused Means
No sign of use (dust lines/scratches) on the item.
The battery must not be charged.
The seal of instruction manual or CD seal must not be opened.
Seal of filters should not be broken
All packs and wraps should be the same as received by the customer.
